Montebello is an ideal getaway for both summer and winter. Because of the convenient distance to specialty stores, restaurants, grocery store, as well as Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains, this is a very desirable location for visitors. The Olympic Plaza & village marketplace are a five minute walk away.

 

Property Description

Montebello offers a relaxing environment, with this luxurious upgraded three-bedroom / three & a half bathroom townhome located in Whistler Village North. Upon entering on the ground level, to the right you will find a spacious garage to house your car on cold winter nights as well as a storage locker to keep all your gear handy & dry. The garage also has a heated boot / glove dryer. Further along the entryway you will find two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, one with twin beds, & two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite. The private Hot Tub is also on this level. Upstairs is the Master bedroom w/ king bed & en-suite  bathroom. Turn left and you will enter the open plan living area complete with fireplace, deck, queen-size sofa-bed, dining area & gourmet kitchen. There is also a guest bathroom in the hallway.

The spacious living area with attached balcony offering stunning views of Whistler/Blackcomb mountains. Enjoy comfortable surroundings with fireplace, flat-screen TV, internet, stereo & various pieces of art. The room feels spacious with vaulted ceilings and well-appointed decor.  There’s also a BBQ on the adjoining deck. The dining area comfortably seats 6 people, the gourmet kitchen has been beautifully upgraded with stainless steel appliances for you to enjoy. All the home conveniences have been provided including coffee-maker, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher and more and is ideal for entertaining. All four sleeping areas have TV’s,

Rates

Rates are per night (min. 3-7 nights req’d depeding on time of year) and posted in Canadian currency and do not include taxes (5% GST).

Ask us about discounts available for 7 or more consecutive nights booked, also our Long Stay Discounts.

We accept payment by credit card.

 

Payment Information

  • Reservation Deposit: 25% of total due at time of booking.
  • Balance of Payment: Full remainder due 45 days prior to arrival.
  • Damage Deposit: $500 due when Balance of Payment is due.
  • Note: if booking less than 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is due at time of booking.
